In 2021, I helped Exclusive Brands launch their newest company: Neno's Naturals. I was in charge of our content strategy, which included creating our brand aesthetic with graphic templates and color guides, optimizing our social media profiles, making the graphics and content for our launch campaign, and establishing credibility through collaboration campaigns and earned media.
This year, Exclusive Brands acquired the fast-growing brand "The 8th" by White Boy Rick. I took over their social media with a plan to rebrand with more videos, engaging content, new reel and graphic campaigns, and posting more frequently. Within a month we have seen our following and engagement grow.
While at All Star, we had a problem of customers not understanding what services we provide. To better communicate this information, I redesigned our website. I optimized with SEO, new FAQ's, blog posts and downloadable content that gave our brand more value and relevancy in addition to a fresh aesthetic. This had an impact on other departments of the company as well. In our call center, we had a decrease in calls regarding these topics, which alleviated the stress on our call center representatives, enabling them to give better customer service.
